What is your Favorite NHRA Pro Class to Watch

Pro Mod... I know it's still an Sportsman Class but still my favorite with the new Factory Showdown a close second...

I selected Funny Car but my true favorite is Super Stock. I know S/S is not a pro class, but in MHO, the sportsmen are the backbone of the sport.

Factory Stock Showdown is my favorite. The Hemi Challengers cleaned house before the NHRA added a weight handicap to slow them down.

Many Suspect that Factory Super will take over the Pro Stock class, which is dying. Schumacher has Leah Pritchett and Elite has Erica Enders running cars so they're prepared for it. I support that 100%.

I like anything with a heads up start. The Super classes was one of my favorites when it was in the early stages before everyone got electrified and those classes became robot cars.

500 cid, 5 speed, two carbs and no rpm limit... that’s where pro stock should have been left alone. EFI and 10500 rpm limit has been the demise. Drivers skills are still very commendable.

That can't replace it with Factory Super fast enough. Leah Pritchet was Champ so I suspect Shumacher will field a tear. Erica Enders and Jeggie also race one - as does Bob Utner/Bo Butner. Its coming and will be exciting.

I was able to talk briefly at Roadkill Nights when they close Woodward Ave for 1/8 mile street drags. Leah and Matt made exhibition burnouts with their Pro cars. Then there was a celebrity drag race with four 1320 Challengers
